The following changes are being implemented so that I may continue to serve you and bring peace of mind that you are in good hands! Please read through to ensure a smooth return.
-If you are sick, think you may be coming down with something, or have been exposed to someone who is sick, please reschedule.
- You will receive an email and text reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment with a link to fill out a COVID questionnaire along with a reminder to complete all applicable intake forms.
-Forms are now all digital. A link will be sent in your confirmation email. Please complete these forms at your earliest convenience. If you are a returning client, you will only be required to submit an updated COVID questionnaire before each session.
-Please call or text upon your arrival and I will greet you at the door and take your temperature. If you have a temp of 99.9 degrees Fahrenheit or higher you will need to reschedule at no charge.
-A mask must be worn at all times in the building. You may remove it when you are facedown as I will have a pillowcase to be used as a mask during that time.
-You will be asked to sign a liability waiver in the event that you catch COVID.
-Please bring your own water to the session.
-You are now able to pre-pay for your service. After booking you will be sent an invoice due on receipt, unless you prefer to pay upon your arrival to your session. A square terminal with a chip reader and contact-less GooglePay or ApplePay option will be available. Cash is also accepted. As always I will continue to offer sliding scale sessions. There are a limited number available per month, please message me to find out more.
I will be implementing the following protocols-
-The room will be disinfected with Botanical Decon 30 before and after each session/to disinfect all surfaces touched between clients, including the bathroom sink and toilet handles. This disinfectant is EPA approved for Covid-19, has no synthetic chemicals or fragrances, no ppe required to use, and no bleach. The active ingredient is Thymol.
-A fresh change of clothes & mask will be worn for each client. After the session they will be placed in a plastic bag inside of a container in a closet located outside of the room.
- All pillows and the table have vinyl encasements that will be disinfected and have new coverings for each client.
-All linens will be laundered per OSHA regulations with detergent and hydrogen peroxide.-My hands will be washed before and after any surface or person is touched in my studio.
-Touch-free foaming hand sanitizer will be provided in the treatment room.
-I will be taking a test for COVID every 14 days, at any time you are able to request proof of my most recent results.
- I have completed an online training "Control of Cross-infection in a Post-COVID World". This is an accredited & certified program by a recognized expert Jennifer Young. I have received the Jennifer Young Professional Standard of Hygiene certificate. In addition, although I no longer work in Saint Paul I have committed myself to taking the Ready Together Pledge.
